We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 30 August 2016, 4 October 2016, 1 November 2016, 1 December 2016, 3 January 2017, 2 February 2017, 6 March 2017, 18 April 2017, 3 May 2017, 1 June 2017, 3 July 2017, 1 August 2017, 5 September 2017, 2 October 2017, 2 November 2017, 4 December 2017, 4 January 2018, 2 February 2018, 1 March 2018, 2 April 2018, 2 May 2018, 1 June 2018, 2 July 2018, 1 August 2018, 3 September 2018, 1 October 2018, 1 November 2018 and 3 December 2018 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 of the Listing Requirements (“PN17”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

On 14 December 2018, it was announced that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated the same date granted the Company a further extension of time up to 15 January 2019 to despatch the Circular in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“Circular”) to the shareholders.

On 21 December 2018, the Circular was despatched to the shareholders. Save for the above, there is no material development that has not been announced since the last announcement on 3 December 2018.
