NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 January 2017 and 31 January 2017, respectively.

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of EKA Noodles Berhad wishes to announce that the Board has decided to call off the proposed Extraordinary General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Monday, 6 February 2017 at 9.00 a.m.

A copy of the Notice of Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting is attached.
