We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 30 August 2016, 4 October 2016, 1 November 2016, 1 December 2016, 3 January 2017, 2 February 2017, 6 March 2017, 18 April 2017, 3 May 2017, 1 June 2017, 3 July 2017, 1 August 2017, 5 September 2017 and 2 October 2017 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of EKA, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that there are no major developments that has not been announced subsequent to the approval of Bursa Securities for an extension of time up to 28 Febuary 2018 for the Company to submit the regularisation plan. 

The Company has approximately 4 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities and will make the necessary announcement on the regularisation plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17.
