On 29 May 2019, it was announced that the Company and the Vendors of Kepala Batas Bihun Sdn Bhd (“KBB”) (“Vendors of KBB”) had recorded in writing their mutual agreement on 24 April 2019 to extend the date to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent in accordance with the conditional share purchase agreement dated 27 February 2018 between the Company and the Vendors of KBB for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in KBB for a purchase consideration of RM55,000,000 and as varied by the first supplemental agreement dated 31 May 2018 and second supplemental agreement dated 11 October 2018.

Save for the above, there is no material development since the last announcement on 2 May 2019.
