MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE STATUS OF PLAN TO REGULARISE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF EKA PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.03A AND PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 30 August 2016 in relation to the First Announcement pursuant to PN17 of the Main Market of Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Announcement”))

 

In compliance with the Company's obligations under the Main Market of Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of EKA wishes to inform that the Company is still formulating a regularisation plan to address its PN17 status.
