PRACTICE NOTE 17 - MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT

We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 30 August 2016, 4 October 2016, 1 November 2016, 1 December 2016, 3 January 2017, 2 February 2017, 6 March 2017, 18 April 2017, 3 May 2017, 1 June 2017, 3 July 2017 and 1 August 2017 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of EKA, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company is still finalising its regularisation plan. The Company had on 29 August 2017 submitted an application for extension of time to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities by 28 February 2018.
