Further to the Announcements and the winding up search results obtained by the Company on 08 November 2017, the Company would like to inform that Rasayang Food Industries Sdn Bhd was wound up on 27 September 2017 based on the date of petition filed on 29 March 2017 by the Petitioner, SEV Partnership Enterprise.
