Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcements dated 31 May 2021, 01 June 2021, 02 June 2021, 04 June 2021, 11 June 2021 and 08 July 2021 in relation to the Notice of Requisition for an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to Move Resolutions requiring Special Notice pursuant to Sections 206(3) and 322 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Announcements”)

 

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the parties have to file for further submission by 14 July 2021.
