Reference is made to the announcement dated 31 October 2018 in relation to the Company’s Regularisation Plan wherein Bursa Securities had approved the Company’s Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that on 11 October 2019, an application had been submitted to Bursa Securities to extend the completion of the Company’s Regularisation Plan for a further 6 months from the date of Bursa Securities’ approval letter until 30 April 2020.
