The Company wishes to inform that the Magistrate Court of Gurun, Kedah had fixed 23 January 2018 for Dinxings (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Plaintiff”) to file summary judgement application.

The Plaintiff had sought against KBBEM the following:

1. the sum of RM76,500.00 as at 05 July 2015;
2. interest of 8% per annum on RM76,500.00 from 05 July 2015 until the date of judgement;
3. interest of 8% per annum on RM76,500.00 from date of judgement until final and full payment;
4. costs of this action; and
5. further and other reliefs as the Court deems fit and proper to grant.

KBBEM is exposed to the above claims, interests and legal expenses. Save as disclosed, the above will not have any financial and operational impact on Group.
