- APPOINTMENT OF M&A SECURITIES SDN BHD AS PRINCIPAL ADVISER

We refer to the announcement dated 3 May 2017 made by the Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Board of Directors of EKA wishes to announce the appointment of M&A Securities Sdn Bhd as the Principal Adviser for the Regularisation Plan of the Company. The Regularisation Plan shall be announced and submitted to the relevant authorities in due course.
