Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcements dated 27 February 2018, 31 October 2018, 14 January 2019, 29 May 2019, 28 June 2019 and 11 October 2019 shall apply.
Reference is made to the announcement dated 11 October 2019 in relation to the Company’s application to extend the completion of the Company’s Regularisation Plan for a further 6 months from the date of Bursa Securities’ approval letter.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had on 17 October 2019 decided to grant the Company an extension of time up to 30 April 2020 to implement its Regularisation Plan.
