Further to the announcement dated 29 April 2016, the Board of EKA wishes to inform that the Penang Sessions Court on 18 July 2016 allowed the Plaintiff’s application for summary judgement and the Defendant, if aggrieved to appeal within 14 days from the date of summary judgement.
