Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 01 June 2021 in relation to the Notice pursuant to Sections 137 and 138 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Announcement”)

Further to the Announcement, the Company wishes to inform that EKA vide its solicitors had on 21 June 2021 filed an Originating Summons in the High Court of Kuala Lumpur against NBT to be directed and compelled with her disclosure obligations pursuant to the Companies Act 2016 to the Company of information that are clear, unambiguous, accurate, not containing any material omission, not false or misleading in accordance with the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements and any other regulatory authorities.

The High Court of Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan had fixed the case management on 06 July 2021.
