The Board of Directors of EKA wishes to inform that the matter is now fixed for trial on 28 July 2015 and 29 July 2015 as the earlier trial dates on 23 June 2015 and 24 June 2015 were vacated by the Court upon adjournment applied by Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s solicitors.
