Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the earlier announcement in relation to the HOA on 8 August 2017. On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the parties to the HOA have mutually agreed to an extension of time of 90 days (i.e. until 6 January 2018) to execute the definitive agreement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
