Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 15 September 2017 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had approved the Company’s application for an extension of time up to 28 February 2018 to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 28 February 2018 submitted to Bursa Securities, a further application for extension of time up to 31 May 2018 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities. This announcement is dated 28 February 2018. |
