Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 February 2018, 8 June 2018, 31 October 2018 and 16 April 2019 in relation to the Company’s Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the High Court had on 10 June 2019 granted an order confirming the Capital Reconstruction (“Court Order”). The sealed Court Order was then lodged with the Registrar of Companies today, following which the Capital Reconstruction became effective and is deemed completed.
