Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 February 2018, 31 May 2018 and 11 October 2018 in relation to the Acquisition and the Company’s Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors of KBB had on 29 May 2019 recorded in writing their mutual agreement on 24 April 2019 to extend the date to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent in accordance with the SPA in relation to the Acquisition up to 30 October 2019 or such other extended date as may be mutually agreed by the parties.
