(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcements dated 11 February 2020, 13 February 2020 and 12 March 2020 in relation to the Amended Writ of Summon and Amended Statement of Claims filed by Great Food Industries Sdn Bhd (“Plaintiff”) against (1) Mazlan Bin Mohamad Isa (trading as Perniagaan Idaman Murni), (2) Great Line Success Sdn Bhd, (3) Ang Eng Hooi, (4) Kilang Bihun Bersatu Sdn Bhd, (5) EKA Foodstuff Sdn Bhd and (6) Chew Hong Food Industries Sdn Bhd [(1) to (6) collectively the “Defendants”](“Announcements”))

 

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to inform that Kilang Bihun Bersatu Sdn Bhd and EKA Foodstuff Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company had filed an application to strike out the Plaintiff’s claim and the case is fixed on 18 August 2020.
