QUALIFICATION IN THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of EKA wishes to inform that STYL Associates PLT, the External Auditors of the Company had issued a qualified opinion in the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.

 

A copy of STYL Associates PLT’s report is attached.
