Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 August 2016 wherein it was announced that EKA is an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as it has triggered the prescribed criteria under Paragraph 2.1(a) of PN17. Pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the MMLR, the Company is required to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities by 30 August 2017.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 29 August 2017 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities by 28 February 2018.
