The Board of Directors (“Board”) of EKA Noodles Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Annual Report and the Corporate Governance Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 of the Company are now available on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at (www.ekanoodles.com).

 

In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board will notify the date of the Company’s 18th Annual General Meeting in due course.
