Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 February 2018, 31 May 2018, 11 October 2018, 14 January 2019, 29 May 2019 and 28 June 2019 in relation to the Acquisition and the Company’s Regularisation Plan.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors of KBB had on 30 October 2019 mutually agreed to extend the date to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent in accordance with the SPA in relation to the Acquisition up to 30 April 2020 or such other extended date as may be mutually agreed by the parties.
