OFFERING OF UP TO 90,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF EKOVEST BERHAD ("EKOVEST") ("EKOVEST-C23")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 90,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST by way of market making.


The EKOVEST-C23 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The EKOVEST-C23 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The EKOVEST-C23 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under EKOVEST-C23 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
