With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 40,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of EKOVEST, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. EKOVEST-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The EKOVEST-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019 and the Term Sheet for the EKOVEST-C4 dated 19 November 2019. A summary of the principal terms of the EKOVEST-C4 is set out in Table 1.
