We wish to announce that EKOVEST-C4 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 20 May 2020 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of EKOVEST-C4 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of EKOVEST-C4 x (RM0.5326 - RM0.88) x (1/2.5)
= Number of EKOVEST-C4 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.5326 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the EKOVEST Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and EKOVEST-C4 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of EKOVEST-C4 shall terminate absolutely.
