Kindly be advised that ESCERAM's additional 113,192,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Rights Issue and Bonus Issue will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 12 November 2010.
