The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that based on the Company's Record of Depositors as at 22 June 2006, the Company does not comply with the public shareholding spread requirement of the Revamped Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the Mesdaq Market (MMLR) as 33.38% of the Company's total shares are in the hands of 630 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each only. Under the provision of Rule 8.15 of the Revamped MMLR the Company is to comply with the public spread requirement of the MMLR by 2 July 2007.
