The Board of ES Ceramics Technology Bhd wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the Company and AmMerchant Bank Berhad ("AmMerchant") have mutually agreed to cease AmMerchants services as Sponsor of the Company with effect from 27 September 2006.

In respect of the above, ES Ceramics has appointed K & N Kenanga Bhd as new Sponsor of the Company with effect from 28 September 2006.
