The Board of Directors of ES Ceramics Technology Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has proposed to amend its Articles of Association ("Proposed Amendments") for the purpose of complying with Chapter 7 of the revamped Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for MESDAQ Market.


The Proposed Amendments are subject to the shareholders' approval at the Third Annual General Meeting ("3rd AGM") to be convened.

Details of the Proposed Amendments together with the Notice of 3rd AGM will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
