    Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of ES Ceramics Technology Bhd (Company) will be held at Greens II, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Friday, 3 November 2006 at 11.00 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company, whichever is later, which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 10.30 a.m.
