    The Board of Directors of ES Ceramics Technology Berhad ("the Company" or "ES") is pleased to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, EST Composites Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 1 March 2007 based on the Certificate of Incorporation received from the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 5 March 2007. .

    The authorised and paid up share capital of EST Composites Sdn. Bhd. are RM10,000.00 and RM100.00 respectively. The company is currently dormant and the intended business activities of EST Composites Sdn. Bhd. are the design and manufacture of high end and premium dipping products.
