    Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of ES Ceramics Technology Bhd (Company) will be held at Greens I, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, Off Jalan Tropicana Utama, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Tuesday, 30 October 2007 at 10.30 a.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 10.00 a.m., whichever is later.
