On behalf of the Board of Directors of ES Ceramics, AmMerchant Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Group) (AmMerchant Bank) wishes to announce that ES Ceramics and AmMerchant Bank have mutually agreed to cease the Sponsorship Agreement between ES Ceramics and AmMerchant Bank with effect from 28 September 2006, pursuant to waiver from Sections 4.06 and 4.11 (a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) for the MESDAQ Market, granted by Bursa Securities vide its letters dated 7 September 2006 and 22 September 2006. Please also refer to the announcement by K&N Kenanga of even date.
