On behalf of the Board of Directors of ES Ceramics, K & N Kenanga Bhd is pleased to announce that ES Ceramics is proposing to acquire the entire equity interest in GTR Ceramics Sdn Bhd and GTR Ceramics Co., Ltd. for a total cash consideration of RM9,000,000 ("Proposed Acquisitions").
