Further to the announcement dated 15 September 2006, K & N Kenanga Bhd, on behalf of the Board of Directors of ES Ceramics, is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has approved in-principle the listing of such number of new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in ES Ceramics representing up to 15% of the issued and paid-up share capital of ES Ceramics to be issued pursuant to the full exercise of options under the Companys employees share option scheme.
