Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company’s announcement dated 24 September 2021 (“Announcement”).

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 24 September 2021 and hereby provide additional information as follows.

1. The Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) signed between Warrants RE Assets Sdn Bhd (“WREA”) and SPIC Energy Malaysia Berhad (“SPICM”)  shall remain valid as of the date of signing of the MOU until superseded by the execution of another subsequent document.
2. The MOU is not a legally binding agreement between the parties involved.
3. Details of shareholders and directors of WREA are as follows :
   1. Shareholders – FIHB (50%) and Warrants Capital Sdn Bhd (50%)
   2. Directors – Mr Sum Ah Chong & Mr Voon Sze Lin
4. The source of fundings requirement by WREA for the acquisition of solar farm will be determined when the cost of assets to be acquired are known, which may include a combination of internally generated funds, shareholders’ funding and/or borrowings, as appropriate after due consideration. 
5. Various definitions and terms used in the earlier announcement are further clarified as follows :
   1. renewable energy (“RE”)
   2. State Power Investment Corporation (“SPIC”)
