Focus Lumber Berhad ("FLBHD" or "the Company") - Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Authority to the Company to Purchase its Own Shares up to Ten per Centum (10%) of the Total Number of Issued Shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate")

The Board of Directors of FLBHD wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirty-First Annual General Meeting of FLBHD on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate.

 

A statement to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
