| The Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants are issued for free to the entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s)/transferee(s) who subscribe to the Rights Shares with Warrants. Each Warrant entitles the registered holder to subscribe for one (1) new FSBM Share of RM0.30 each at any time during the period commencing on and including the Issue Date and ending at 5.00 p.m. in Malaysia on the Maturity Date ( Exercise Period ) at the Exercise Price which shall be subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 5 April 2012 constituting the Warrants during the Exercise Period. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. |
