We wish to announce that GAMUDA-C82 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 6 November 2020 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of GAMUDA-C82 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GAMUDA-C82 x (RM3.4038 - RM3.85) x (1/6)
= Number of GAMUDA-C82 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM3.4038 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the GAMUDA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and GAMUDA-C82 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of GAMUDA-C82 shall terminate absolutely.
