We refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 March 2022 pertaining to the MoU entered into between GDEX and UTAR.
 

The Company and UTAR are currently in discussions to plan and formalise the collaboration programmes as stated in the objectives of the MoU.

 

The Company will make further announcements on material and significant developments accordingly.

 

This announcement is dated 30 June 2022.
