TSLKT is deemed interested in the 35,375,810 *Genting Malaysia Berhad shares acquired by KHIL by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of KHIL. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust is deemed interested in the Genting Malaysia Berhad shares held by KHIL. *Acquisition is conditional upon fulfilment of Conditions Precedent.
