| The vesting of the Scheme Shares is subject to the fulfilment of the performance conditions and the terms and conditions of the By-Laws governing the 2018 Scheme ("Vesting Conditions"). Upon fulfilment of the Vesting Conditions, the Scheme Shares granted under the 2020 RSP Grant shall be vested on a market day falling in March 2023, subject to the Remuneration Committee's approval. Upon fulfilment of the Vesting Conditions, the Scheme Shares granted under the 2020 PSP Grant shall be vested equally over three instalments on a market day falling in March 2021, March 2022 and March 2023, subject to the Remuneration Committee's approval. This announcement is also made pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The direct interest of Mr Lim Keong Hui in the 2018 Scheme Shares of 4,755,566 comprised the following: (1) 2018 RSP Grant: Up to 51,100 (2) 2018 PSP Grant: Up to 53,534 (3) 2019 RSP Grant: Up to 574,700 (4) 2019 PSP Grant: Up to 1,116,712 (5) 2020 RSP Grant: Up to 578,200 (6) 2020 PSP Grant: Up to 2,381,320 |
