| The vesting of the Scheme Shares is subject to the fulfilment of the performance conditions and the terms and conditions of the By-Laws governing the 2018 Scheme ("Vesting Conditions"). Upon fulfilment of the Vesting Conditions, the Scheme Shares granted under the 2019 RSP Grant shall be vested on a market day falling in March 2022, subject to the Remuneration Committee's approval. Upon fulfilment of the Vesting Conditions, the Scheme Shares granted under the 2019 PSP Grant shall be vested equally over three instalments on a market day falling in March 2020, March 2021 and March 2022, subject to the Remuneration Committee's approval. This announcement is also made pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The direct interest of Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay in the 2015 Scheme Shares and 2018 Scheme Shares of 15,372,162 comprised the following: (1) 2017 RSP Grant: Up to 494,225 (2) 2017 PSP Grant: Up to 391,271 (3) 2018 RSP Grant: Up to 1,561,000 (4) 2018 PSP Grant: Up to 3,274,539 (5) 2019 RSP Grant: Up to 2,309,869 (6) 2019 PSP Grant: Up to 7,341,258 |
