(1) Transfer and crediting on 25 March 2019 upon Third Vesting on 18 March 2019 of 1,968,448 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2016 under the 2016 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") Grant of Genting Malaysia Berhad's 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2015 Scheme");

(2) Transfer and crediting on 25 March 2019 upon Second Vesting on 18 March 2019 of 391,300 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2017 under the 2017 PSP Grant of the 2015 Scheme;

(3) Transfer and crediting on 25 March 2019 upon Vesting on 18 March 2019 of 1,866,500 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2016 under the 2016 Restricted Share Plan Grant of the 2015 Scheme; and

(4) Transfer and crediting on 25 March 2019 upon First Vesting on 18 March 2019 of 1,637,300 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2018 under the 2018 PSP Grant of Genting Malaysia Berhad's 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2018 Scheme").
