- PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE COMPANY

The Board of Directors of GENM wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed adoption of a new Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Adoption of New Constitution") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened.

 

The Proposed Adoption of New Constitution is to bring the Company's Constitution in line with the Companies Act 2016 and the amendments made to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

 

A Document containing the details of the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
