Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Executive Directors and Principal Officers of the Company have given their notices of dealings in the securities of the Company under GENM’s 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan (“2015 Scheme”) and/or 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (“2018 Scheme”) both comprising Restricted Share Plan (“RSP”) and Performance Share Plan (“PSP”) as follows with details set out in the appendices attached herein:

(a)        Appendix A - Vesting of Scheme shares granted under the RSP and PSP of the 2015 Scheme and 2018 Scheme; and

(b)        Appendix B - Acceptance of Scheme shares granted under the RSP and PSP of the 2018 Scheme.
