- REVALUATION OF PROPERTIES

In compliance with Paragraph 9.19(46) of Chapter 9 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has undertaken a revaluation on the Company’s properties. The Revaluation Surplus has been incorporated into the unaudited interim financial report on consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2020 and it shall appropriately reflect in the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
