We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 25 February 2021 and 1 March 2021 respectively pursuant to the single tier special dividend of 2 sen per GTRONIC Share for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C11. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-C11 shall remain the same. |
